新加坡hep是什么？
是hippocratic oath 的意思，这个 oath 来源于古希腊医学之父希波克拉底（Hippocrates）。他是西方医术的奠基人之一，曾立下誓言，后世医生皆以遵守此誓为职业准则。在新加坡所有医学院毕业的学生在成为注册医生之前都必须先读这个 oath 的英文版本并用拉丁文宣誓。
原文如下： “Hippocratic oath” in Latin (with English translation) “I swear by Apollo the physician and Asclepius， gods that I worship， to observe with care all divine and human laws in my dealings with patients. To give no death sentence or injurious treatment except when there is no other way of saving a life; this， however， never for the sake of gain； but to use the means which nature has placed at my disposal， using only such as are in accordance with my judgment formed after careful study， with the aid of heaven's grace， and with the help of these two： experience and wisdom“ 翻译成中文的意思是： 我，某某，谨以此庄严誓词，向阿波罗和阿斯克雷皮乌斯二位神祇起誓，我将在行医过程中，严格遵守一切神圣的和人类的法律。除挽救生命之外，绝不给任何死刑或伤害病人的治疗，但为了救人，我也决不贪图报酬，而只能采用自然方法，依据我对学问的研究及由上苍赐予我的才智，并利用两个辅助手段——经验和智慧——所能获得的结果进行治疗。
